What happens if it rains on our shoot day?
Light rain is usually not a problem for real estate photography in Eugene. I can photograph exteriors in mild weather and enhance the images so they still look bright and inviting, including blue sky replacements when needed at no extra cost.
If conditions are truly poor, we’ll simply reschedule as soon as possible so your listing is always presented at its best
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my shoot?
Rescheduling is easy - just send me a text and we’ll find a new time. I know real estate schedules change quickly, and my goal is to make photography the easiest part of getting your listing live.
How quickly will I get my photos?
Most shoots are delivered within 24 hours, often sooner. You’ll get clean, MLS-ready images that are easy to share across all your platforms.

Do you include floor plans?
Yes, floor plans are included with every shoot.
They give buyers a clear sense of the layout right away, which leads to better-informed showings and a smoother experience for everyone.
How many photos will I receive?
Every room and key space in the property will be covered thoroughly and thoughtfully.
Rather than locking listings into a fixed photo count, I tailor each shoot to the home itself. The final number of images naturally depends on things like:
Number of rooms
Overall size of the property
Lot features and exterior spaces
Views or setting
Whether drone photography is included
The focus is always complete coverage with a refined, consistent look, so your listing feels intentional and elevated, not rushed or overproduced.
